Scott has a warm, non-judgmental, relational and collaborative style providing a safe space for clients to gently explore and better understand their challenges, supporting them to bring about meaningful change.
His integrated therapeutic approach is tailored to suit the individual needs of each client using a combination of emotional, behavioural, cognitive and somatic approaches.

Informed by attachment and trauma frameworks, he focuses on addressing both presenting symptoms and potential underlying causes which can be unconscious or related to past experiences.

Therapeutic modalities include Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
